Commercial Real Estate Investment Consultant at GREENLEAF MANAGEMENT LLC – NORCROSS, Georgia

Greenleaf is looking to grow its investment business and is adding roles throughout the marketing and acquisition process. One key role we are seeking is a Commercial Real Estate Investment Consultant to drive business development and grow our network of investors. You will have the full support of the Greenleaf team and be on the front of the deal market in the Southeast. Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage key relationships with new retail equity investors
• Cultivate investor relationships and convert new investor prospects per deal launch
• Foster existing relationships with our investor base by providing regular updates, in person connections, and host investor events to organically engage investors as they can be our best advocates
• Actively participate in industry events representing Greenleaf
• Collaborate with the Marketing team for our website and social media platform
• Document leads in company CRM
• Develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor relations program

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Business or other related major or equivalent experience preferred
• 5-10 years experience with investor relationship management and reporting preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
• Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of service and response
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
