FP&A Analyst

We’re looking for a high-potential FP&A Analyst who wants to move beyond basic reporting and have a real impact on business performance. This role works directly with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive visibility into profitability, cost structure, and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Play a key role in month-end close, including variance analysis and financial insights
• Perform and refine COMs (Cost of Materials)true-upsto ensureaccurateproduct costing
• Deliver customer-level profitability analysis to support pricing and sales strategy
• Own and enhance SKU-level margin analysis toidentifyimprovement opportunities
• Support open orders tracking and revenue forecasting visibility
• Oversee the monthly shipping log to ensure alignment with financial reporting
• Build clear, executive-ready reporting and presentations
• Partner with operations, sales, and accounting to improve processes and data accuracy

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis; exposure to Power Query a plus)
• Strong PowerPoint skills with ability to translate data into insights
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred

• Experience in a manufacturing or product-based environment
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Fishbowl
• Understanding of cost accounting and inventory processes

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary:$70,000 – $95,000(depending on experience)
