The Opportunity You will serve as a vital member of our field operations team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality civil and heavy construction projects. This role offers the unique chance to see projects through from start to finish within a close-knit, family-oriented environment. You will have the stability of working on consistent sites while contributing to the growth of a company that prioritizes long-term relationships.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and motor graders, to execute precise site grading and excavation.
  • Execute complex earth-moving tasks in strict accordance with project specifications for commercial and federal developments.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Inspect machinery daily to ensure operational safety and perform routine maintenance to prevent project downtime.
  • Implement site safety protocols and OSHA standards to ensure a secure working environment for the entire field crew.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to manage project lifecycles, ensuring you remain on a single site until completion.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and motor graders.
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to grow professionally within a dedicated civil construction team.
  • Ability to work effectively in an onsite, field-based environment.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 1 year of related work experience in civil or heavy construction.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in the field.
  • Familiarity with commercial, industrial, or federal project site requirements.
