Financial Analyst in San Antonio, Texas at University Health System- San Antonio

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather, analyze, and report information necessary to support operational decision-making across departments under the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Vice President (VP) of Operations. This role is responsible for supporting budgeting, variance analysis, and financial planning activities across these departments, while maintaining accurate and complete data for all clinical coverage agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSA), Annual Operating Agreements (AOA), and professional services/lease arrangements. The Analyst serves as a centralized resource for agreement tracking, data integrity, and operational analytics to support leadership decision-making.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field, preferably in a health care setting, is required. Master’s degree preferred.
