Position Title: Machine Moving & Rigging Technician Salary: $22-$27

Our Machine Moving & Rigging (MMR) team is looking for dependable, hard-working crew members who take pride in physical work, great customer service and being part of a strong team.
This role is ideal for people who are used to staying active all day — commercial movers, UPS/FedEx drivers, construction laborers, warehouse crews, installers, equipment operators, mechanics, and tradespeople who want more stable, year-round indoor work.
You’ll help move, install, crate, transport, and position high-value manufacturing and laboratory equipment for customers across advanced industries including aerospace, electronics, medical, and semiconductor manufacturing.
No two days are the same, and the work is hands-on, team-oriented, and fast paced.

What You’ll Do:
Equipment Moving & Rigging
- Move and position heavy equipment safely using rigging tools, pallet jacks, skates, forklifts, and other equipment
- Assist with machinery relocation, crating, packaging, loading, unloading, and installation
- Work with manufacturing equipment, laboratory equipment, optical tables, cleanroom tools, and specialized machinery
- Help prepare equipment for shipment and transport
Transportation & Job Site Support
- Assist with transporting equipment to customer sites
- Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transport
- Safely operate company vehicles and rigging equipment
- Support setup and teardown activities at customer facilities
Teamwork & Customer Service
- Work closely with crew members, technicians, and project leads to complete jobs safely and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers onsite
- Represent the company well in customer manufacturing and laboratory environments
Safety & Quality
- Follow all safety procedures and job site requirements
- Inspect tools, equipment, and packaging materials before use
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, trucks, and equipment
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule

- Forklift or equipment handling experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license preferred

- Must be a US Person, as defined by ITAR
- Must pass a drug screen
