The Crest at Lakeville, a part of Silvercrest Properties, is hiring a Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness of our company in Lakeville, Minnesota. What You'll Do
The Director will be responsible for fostering relationships with external stakeholders, referral sources, community organizations, businesses, and local influencers to drive interest and generate leads.
- Develop Strategies: Increase community visibility and attract new residents.
- Build Relationships: Connect with families, healthcare professionals, and local organizations.
- Promote Excellence: Uphold the community’s values and ensure high standards of care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a sales and marketing position, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality services.
