Summary
The VP of Operations will oversee Regional Directors of Operations and site leadership, drive performance against operational KPIs, and partner closely with Clinical, Medical, Revenue Cycle, HR, and Executive Leadership to build scalable systems that support growth.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight of all Ohio outpatient operations and regional leadership performance
- Lead and develop Regional Directors of Operations and site-level operational leadership
- Own operational KPIs including census growth, service utilization, access, productivity, quality, and culture
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and operational excellence across locations
- Ensure operational compliance with Ohio regulations, payer requirements, and internal standards
- Partner cross-functionally to streamline workflows, improve performance, and remove operational barriers
- Lead operational readiness for new sites, expansions, and new service lines
- Build scalable infrastructure, leadership systems, and performance management frameworks
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervision Given
- The Vice President of Operations supervises all Regional Directors of Operations in Ohio.
Supervision Received
- The Vice President of Operations reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
Qualifications
- Strong background in outpatient behavioral health, healthcare operations, or highly regulated environments
- Demonstrated success building teams, driving accountability through data, and scaling operations
Education
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, Social Work, or related field preferred
Certification
- None Required
Experience
- 8+ years of progressive healthcare or behavioral health leadership experience
- 5+ years leading multi-site or regional operations
Background
- Must pass all Federal and State background checks. Other background checks will be conducted for licensures and certifications according to company policy.
Schedule
- Full-Time, Requiring travel to site locations.

The pay range for this role is:
125,000 - 150,000 USD per year(NH/ME)
125,000 - 150,000 USD per year(New Hampshire)
