Job Description
VIA is an independent, employee-owned agency that has spent thirty-three years making ideas with real consequences for the world. The work is ambitious. The clients are demanding. The standard is high. To do this well, we need people who run a tight ship without ever losing sight of what the ship is for.
The Business Manager at VIA is the person who makes everything possible. Part account lead, part project architect, part trusted partner to clients and creative teams alike. You own the flow of information, the integrity of the timeline, and the health of the relationship. You make sure nothing falls through the cracks, and you do it without making anyone feel managed.
This is not a coordinator role. You’re running the business of the client’s business, from strategy through execution, with a clear eye on profitability and a genuine investment in the work.
What you bring:
We’re employee-owned. What we build here, we build together.
