  • Operate within AS9100 and PPAP quality frameworks
  • Scale the organization while maintaining cultural cohesion and operational discipline
  • Integrate legacy workforce with new leadership talent

Key Responsibilities

Full P&L & Financial Leadership

  • Lead revenue growth, gross margin expansion, EBITDA improvement, and working capital discipline
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and cost structure optimization
  • Establish financial transparency and performance accountability
  • Operate with an owner’s mindset balancing growth and profitability

Strategic Growth & Organizational Scaling

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to scale the business at sustained double-digit growth rates
  • Align capacity planning, supply chain strategy, and technical capabilities with growth objectives
  • Modernize systems, processes, and leadership depth while maintaining operational stability

Cross-Functional Operational Leadership

  • Lead and integrate operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, and technical teams

  • Drive collaboration between commercial and operational functions to support profitable growth
  • Build leadership bench strength and succession planning

Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

  • Champion Lean Manufacturing as a cultural standard
  • Lead structured continuous improvement initiatives tied to measurable financial and operational outcomes
  • Improve throughput, cost efficiency, quality performance, and on-time delivery
  • Drive disciplined problem-solving and waste elimination

Quality & Regulatory Excellence

  • Lead operations within AS9100 and PPAP-driven environments
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and industry regulatory requirements
  • Ensure audit readiness, process capability, and quality system integrity

Market & Customer Leadership

  • Support high-specification markets including medical, industrial, automotive, and commercial sectors
  • Participate in executive-level customer engagement
  • Align operational capability with customer expectations and growth opportunities

Cultural Stewardship

  • Successfully manage and unify legacy workforce and newly hired talent
  • Maintain a tight, performance-driven culture grounded in accountability
  • Lead through growth and change without compromising operational discipline

Corporate Alignment

  • Partner closely with the VP of Global Operations and corporate leadership
  • Align segment performance with enterprise strategy and global operational standards
  • Ensure disciplined reporting, governance, and capital management

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related discipline) strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations considered with demonstrated technical depth
  • MBA or advanced business degree highly desirable

Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in industrial, high-technology manufacturing
  • Demonstrated success leading and scaling businesses exceeding $30M in annual revenue
  • Proven full P&L ownership with measurable EBITDA improvement

  • Experience serving regulated and specification-driven markets (medical, industrial, automotive, commercial)

Technical & Operational Expertise
