Who you are...

• You are energetic, inspiring and adventurous
• You have knowledge of food and beverage standards

• You enjoy going above and beyond for your team and guests
• You have knowledge of banquet space organization

• You work well independently and as a member of a cohesive team
• You possess a current Food Handlers permit and OLCC Server’s Permit

• You are available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• You have a minimum of one year of serving experience, ideally in a hotel/resort environment

What you'll do…

• Maintain a professional standard at Tetherow including, but not limited to, appearance, interaction with members, associates, guests of the resort, verbal discussions and written correspondence

• Uphold the standards, expectations, and service quality for all events set forth by Tetherow • Prepare rooms for events (set table cloths, dishes, silverware and condiments as needed)

• Study and know understand menus to answer guest questions related to food and beverage options

• Know and understand health regulations and liquor laws
• Follow directions as detailed from Banquet Captain, Lead Server or Food and Beverage Manager

• Handle client/guest complaints and problems in a professional manner to ensure a successful outcome

• Assist with opening and closing duties, as well as complete side duties

• Manage time efficiently to prepare for multiple events
