Shipping and Receiving 1 at PARK INDUSTRIES INC – St. Cloud, Minnesota

The Shipping and Receiving 1 receives incoming parts and materials, verifies accuracy of receipts against purchase orders, reports damage goods, and overages/shortages. This position enters information into the ERP system and runs shortage reports as required. The Shipping and Receiving 1 is responsible for pulling parts and delivering to production locations while maintaining accurate records.

All duties to be performed according to the established standard and in compliance with all company policies and procedures while maintaining regular, prompt attendance and availability to work outside of the standard shift hours as needed:

• Receive incoming parts into the computer system and stock to accurate locations. Inspect incoming parts and ensure quality and quantity of parts received
• Pick orders by forklift and/or manually to fill work orders and/or sales orders and deliver to required locations on the shop floor or to shipping
• Operate Remstar retrieval system with basic understanding to locate, store, and retrieve parts
• Assist with cycle counts and location updates

Hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm / Friday 6:00am to 11:00am

Experience and Qualifications

Education

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred

Experience

• 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
• Experience in manufacturing environment, preferred

Pay Transparency Statement

In accordance with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting hourly rate for this position ranges from $19.00 - $24.85. Please note that the hourly range provided is an estimate and not a guarantee; the final offer will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, location, and assigned shift. Full-time employees may also be eligible for variable compensation, company-wide incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally, the availability of benefits and programs may vary depending on the hire date, employment type, and hours worked.
