Production & Warehouse Associate (Print & Finishing)

Location: Maple Plain, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1st Shift)

We are seeking a Production & Warehouse Associate to support our print-on-demand and fulfillment operations. This is an entry-level role with a wide variety of responsibilities across printing, finishing, packaging, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities
Printing & Production

• Retrieve and prepare digital files for printing
• Queue, batch, and monitor print jobs across large-format printers
• Load and manage print media and ink to ensure consistent output quality

Finishing & Assembly

• Trim, laminate, and mount printed materials
• Assist with framing, canvas wrapping, and installation of hanging hardware
• Ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications

Packaging & Fulfillment

• Roll, sleeve, and tube maps and prints for shipment
• Prepare and package orders (individual and bulk) to ensure safe delivery
• Attach packing slips and supporting documentation as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer to retrieve and manage files
• Willingness to learn and operate production equipment (training provided)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift and move items up to 30 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
