About This Position
Who We Are
Beyond Code Collective bridges the gap between inspiration, training, and employment in tech, connecting learners to educational content, opportunities to develop cutting-edge technologies, and avenues to launch careers. We offer intergenerational opportunities - we are an ecosystem where all generations participate; not a pipeline that serves one age group, but a model that meets learners wherever they are in life.
From digital fluency and data literacy to automation, cybersecurity and responsible AI, we prepare learners for the full range of tools and technologies they'll encounter. Our programming keeps communities relevant now and ready for what's next as the workforce changes in real time. And our curriculum evolves with the industry - we adjust content, delivery, and outcomes to match where learners and employers are headed.
INSPIRE | INVEST | INNOVATE | INFUSE JOY
Role Overview
Forge Facilitators lead engaging, hands-on learning experiences that connect technology, creativity, and real-world application across multiple age groups, including K–12 learners, families, and adult participants. They create supportive, flexible learning environments where all learners feel welcomed, respected, and empowered to participate, explore, and grow at their own pace.
Facilitators are expected to adapt their instructional approach based on audience needs, developmental stages, and session goals. Specific age-group expectations are further defined in the evaluation rubric and onboarding process.
