What Needs to Be Accomplished
While technical expertise is essential, success in this role also depends on your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and deliver long-term value to homeowners.
- Perform comprehensive residential electrical inspections (60–90 minutes)
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including outlets, switches, breakers, and lighting systems
- Inspect electrical panels, wiring, surge protection, generators, and other residential systems
- Educate homeowners on system health, energy efficiency, and upgrade options
- Offer preventative maintenance plans and service memberships
- Generate accurate estimates and invoices using company software (ServiceTitan)
- Participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills, communication, and customer service
What Success Looks Like:
- Complete 3–4 maintenance or service calls per day
- Maintain a 50%+ conversion rate on recommended repairs or upgrades
- Deliver thorough, value-driven inspections at every visit
- Build and retain strong customer relationships with consistent 5-star service
- Actively promote safety, reliability, and membership programs

Minimum Requirements:
- State-specific Electrical License (Journeyman or equivalent preferred)
- 3–5 years of hands-on residential electrical experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with Service Titan preferred
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work safely in residential environments
- Strong understanding of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards
