Mission Trainer – Team Lead (C) - IAO at NEMEAN SOLUTIONS LLC – Fort Belvoir, Virginia

Job Overview:

The Mission Trainer – Team Lead leads the DCD training program, developing curriculum and delivering training on DCD capabilities, services, and Army intelligence systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and deliver training material driving intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
• Provide lesson plans and curricula in support of educational goals.
• Review emerging policy and doctrine publications and incorporate into training products.
• Develop and maintain training records and tracking systems.
• Lead Mobile Training Teams (MTTs) to various locations.

Minimum Requirements/Education:

• Bachelor's degree with 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or IC within the last 15 years, OR Associate's degree with 12 years' experience.
• 5+ years demonstrated experience conducting training at U.S. locations.
• 5+ years drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.
• Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.

Security Requirement:

• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
