About the role
- We are looking for a part time 20 hours a week Operations/Billing Assistant who will work remotely and come onsite in Frisco 1 day a month
What you'll do
- Generate and manage invoices using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Support operational workflows through Rippling
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and process organization
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) preferred
- Familiarity with Rippling or similar HR/operations platforms
- Strong organizational and independent working skills
- Proficiency in Excel is a plus
- Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision
