Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Ophthalmology clinic experience
Positive attitude
Team player
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Computer and phone skills
Must be willing to obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire
Must be willing to obtain certification within 14 months of hire

Desired:
American Board of Opticianry certification, paraoptometric certification, or ophthalmic assistant certification

Job Duties:
Schedules appointments
Takes vitals on all patients as required
Obtains and updates all patient information as needed
Assists patients as necessary
Organizational skills and prioritizing a must along with a great job ethic
Must be willing to work in other areas as needed
