Memphis Wash Co is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to drive monthly membership growth. This role focuses on converting single-wash customers into long-term members while providing a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Engage customers and explain wash options and memberships
Promote and sell monthly wash plans
Assist customers with questions and account needs
Support daily operations as needed

Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers
Sales or retail experience preferred
Reliable and able to work flexible shifts
Comfortable working outdoors
