All activities will be performed in support of the strategy and vision of the organization. Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. • Provide excellent customer service—greeting guests, taking orders, answering product questions, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness in all food prep and service areas.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature control guidelines in compliance with health regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and rotating products to maintain freshness.
  • Handle register transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Promote the Sbarro brand by providing a great experience for every guest.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • One (1) or more years of experience in food service, restaurant, or retail with food handling (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Food handler certification (must obtain within required time after hire).
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift and move product, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Commitment to food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive pay and employee discounts.
  • Opportunities for career growth within OXXO USA and Sbarro.
  • A supportive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Training and skill development in food service and customer engagement.
  • Employee benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k, and more).
