Lexus Carlsbad Luxury Service Advisor
We’re seeking a high-performing Service Advisor to join our team and deliver a premium ownership experience consistent with the Lexus brand. This is not a traditional advisor role. We are building a modern, transparent, and client-focused service experience—and we’re looking for someone who can operate at a high level.
Requirements:What You’ll Do
· Serve as the primary point of contact for service clients from check-in through delivery
· Provide a consultative, transparent experience—not transactional upselling
· Clearly communicate vehicle needs, timelines, and costs
· Manage a high-volume schedule while maintaining attention to detail and client satisfaction
· Proactively update clients via text, video, and digital tools
· Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate and efficient repairs
· Drive customer retention, CSI, and revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience as a Service Advisor (luxury experience preferred but not required)
· Strong ability to build trust quickly with clients
· Excellent communication and organization skills
· Tech-forward mindset (comfortable with texting, video, and digital tools)
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

Pay Range: $60,000 - $120,000
