As a BDC Agent, you are the heartbeat of our showroom traffic. You must be able to confidently handle 100+ outbound calls per day to generate high-quality appointments.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–2 years in BDC, Business Development, or high-volume appointment setting.

• Core Skills: Strong customer service skills and excellent written/verbal communication.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with DriveCentric (or similar platforms like VinSolutions/CDK).

• Mindset: Competitive, resilient, and coachable. You see every "no" as a step closer to a "yes."

• Reliability: Detail-oriented with strong time management. Saturday availability is required.

Shift Availability

We are looking for flexible team members for one of the following shifts:

• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
