About This Position

Akira Technologies is seeking a Senior Intelligence Solutions Integrator (Team Lead) to provide leadership and technical oversight supporting intelligence data integration efforts across mission systems and stakeholders. This role ensures effective coordination of data governance, architecture, interoperability, and intelligence information-sharing initiatives while managing a team supporting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination functions.

The Team Lead serves as a senior integrator responsible for aligning intelligence data solutions with operational requirements, supporting bilateral and multilateral partner interoperability, and ensuring compliance with data standards, policies, and enterprise intelligence frameworks.

This is an onsite position supporting a federal client in Fort Belvoir, VA. An active DoD TS/SCI clearance wit an ability to obtain CI Polygraph is required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team supporting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination activities.
  • Provide technical leadership for intelligence data integration initiatives across mission systems and environments.
  • Support enterprise data governance efforts, including:
    • Data architecture
    • Data warehousing
    • Data quality management
    • Metadata management
    • Data operations management
    • Data discovery
  • Coordinate intelligence information-sharing efforts with bilateral and multilateral partners, supporting interoperability across systems and organizations.
  • Support foreign disclosure and intelligence dissemination activities in accordance with applicable policies and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supporting technical documentation.
  • Produce reports incorporating text and graphics to communicate complex technical and operational concepts clearly.
  • Deliver professional briefings and presentations to Government stakeholders and mission partners.
  • Ensure integration activities align with intelligence community standards, security requirements, and mission priorities.
  • Coordinate across functional teams to improve data accessibility, usability, and interoperability.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in intelligence studies, information systems, data science, engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution. (Acceptable substitution: Associate's degree with additional relevant intelligence integration experience OR High school diploma with significant additional relevant intelligence integration experience.)
  • Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience providing intelligence data integration support, including:
    • Data governance
    • Data architecture
    • Data warehousing
    • Data quality management
    • Metadata management
    • Data operations management
    • Data discovery
  • Minimum 4 years of experience leading teams supporting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination activities.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting foreign disclosure or intelligence dissemination activities.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting bilateral or multilateral intelligence information-sharing efforts or intelligence data/system interoperability initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Active DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with an ability to obtain CI Polygraph

Desired Skills

Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000

Akira’s pay range for this position considers various factors including skills, years of experience, training, licenses, certifications, alignment with market data, and internal equity in the organization. This pay range estimate is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary, which Akira believes to be done in good faith in compliance with local laws. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
