Job Description:
Provide onsite support to upgrade approximately 5,800 cellular devices. Tasks include processing orders, receiving shipments, updating inventory, labeling packages, transporting devices for tagging and activation, and delivering to customer's Service Desk Tier 2 teams .
Requires ability to utilize existing inventory & office automation tools to track, report & archive pertinent data and status.

Performs work that requires practical experience and training.
Work is performed under supervision.
Must possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

The likely salary range for this position is $63,312 - $85,658. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
