Job Description
Summit Federal Services, LLC (SFS) with headquarters in Oakland, Maryland, is a fast growing woman owned Small Business and HUBZone company with an outstanding record of performance providing more effective and efficient acquisition, business process, training, IT, administrative and security services to multiple federal agencies.
SFS is looking for Senior Project Analyst to provide services to provide the NGB Staff Support Services supporting the National Guard. This position is contingent on contract award.
Leads complex NGB ExecSec tasker operations, managing high-visibility, classified, and short-suspense staff actions; validates OPR/OCR routing, approval levels, suspenses, and package completeness; coordinates across NGB stakeholders; escalates risks; performs quality review; and ensures timely closure in approved tasking systems.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- 5+ years of relevant experience or 2+ years of current NGB Contract Expereince. DoD HQ, ExecSec, staff action, or tasker management experience.
- Skilled in high-visibility/short-suspense actions, OPR/OCR routing, suspense, packages QC, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint. ETS, ETMS2, CATMS, JSAP, SIPR/JWICS preferred.
- Top Secret required
- Telework available
