We are seeking a driven and capable Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in our operational success.

This individual will play a key role in day-to-day supply chain execution, including procurement, inventory, and planning activities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and able to support efficient production through strong coordination of materials, suppliers, and internal workflows. Familiarity with Epicor (or similar ERP systems) is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory control, material planning, logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Execute daily supply chain processes to ensure materials are available to meet production schedules.
  • Monitor workflows and help identify process gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and delivery expectations are met.
  • Create and manage purchase orders; follow up on order status and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with vendors to support day-to-day operations.
  • Support demand planning and material requirements planning (MRP) activities within Epicor.
  • Track inventory levels and help maintain appropriate stock to balance production needs and costs.
  • Monitor for shortages, delays, or excess inventory and escalate issues as needed.
  • Assist with basic data analysis to identify trends, risks, or supply chain constraints.
  • Utilize Epicor to manage purchasing, planning, and inventory transactions with accuracy.
  • Maintain data integrity within the ERP system, including item records, order status, and inventory levels.
  • Support continuous improvement of ERP usage and reporting.
  • Work closely with production, operations, and finance teams to support alignment of materials and scheduling needs.
  • Communicate clearly regarding order status, material availability, and potential delays.
  • Follow company policies and best practices related to safety, documentation, and compliance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with procurement, inventory management, or planning functions
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor strongly preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
