About This Position
Position Description:
Sadler Brothers Trucking and Leasing is currently seeking a Regional driver to operate from Nashville to Chicago. The days of operation will be Monday start time at 03:30 AM, from Nashville, delivery to Chicago NDC. The driver will take a 10-hour break, then return Tuesday. The schedule will be the same for Friday and Saturday.

2 Years Minimum OTR Experience
No Accidents in Previous 3 years
No At Fault Accidents in Previous 5 Years
No more than 2 moving violations in previous 3 years
No DUI's in Previous 7 years
No Positive Drug Screens in Previous 7 years
Must be able to meet background screening requirements from the US Postal Service
- New Equipment 2023+ tractors, assigned to the driver
- Scheduled Routes available to bid twice per year

- Operate company-owned/leased trucks to facilitate the movement of freight operations.
- Operate company-owned/leased trucks for the delivery, pickup, and relocation of freight.
- Perform required before, during, and after-operation inspections on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to shop personnel; clean equipment and required reports
- Provide outstanding customer service during the delivery and pickup operations of US Mail and Freight.
- Maintain all required certifications required by DOT and OSHA, and the company safety programs.
- Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you.
- Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.
- Perform all duties in conformance with appropriate safety and security standards.
As of January 1st, 2020, all applicants must be registered on the FMCSA D&A Clearinghouse. If you have not registered, you must sign up before we can finish your background screening.
