Master's Degree in Clinical Nursing from accredited Nurse Practitioner program. RN & NP licensure in NC and certification from nurse practitioner program. 5-7 years nursing experience with 3 years experience as Nurse Practitioner; and one year of experience with a frail or elderly population preferred.
