Our Internship Program is designed to provide hands-on experience for those who want to learn how we create cultural moments and brand experiences that connect with audiences in meaningful ways.

You will work alongside a passionate team creating work for some of the most iconic brands in the world. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where interns contribute to real projects and gain exposure to how ideas move from concept to execution.

Forget about coffee runs. Our interns are embedded within teams and gain real experience across the business.

Internship Tracks

Rather than rotating across departments, interns will be placed within a specific team based on their interests and skillsets. Opportunities are available across the following areas:

Creative (Graphic Design)
Support the development of visual assets including pitch decks, presentations, and creative comps. Contribute to mood boards and design concepts while staying on top of cultural and design trends.

Production (Live Experience)
Assist in planning and executing live events and activations. Support vendor coordination, budgeting, logistics, and production planning while gaining exposure to the operational side of experiential marketing.

Business Leadership (Client Management)
Work closely with client teams to support project coordination, presentations, timelines, and day-to-day communications. Help bring campaigns to life from concept through execution.

Business Development
Support new business efforts through research, pipeline development, and pitch creation. Assist with proposals, credential decks, and tracking outreach and opportunities.

Corporate Development
Contribute to strategic initiatives including partnerships, market analysis, and growth opportunities. Support research, internal presentations, and executive-level decision-making.

About the Program

This is a paid educational internship designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience. Interns work closely with their team to build skills, gain exposure to the industry, and develop a deeper understanding of how experiential marketing and creative agencies operate.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Participate in creative brainstorms, strategy sessions, and team collaborations
  • Attend weekly learning sessions with Superfly leadership
  • Contribute to real client and internal projects
  • Build relationships with mentors and peers across the organization
  • Gain exposure to how cultural experiences and brand activations are developed
What We’re Looking For
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in experiential marketing, culture, and brand storytelling
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Program Details
  • Paid internship at $17/hour
  • Program runs from early June through mid-August
  • Based in New York City with in-office presence required multiple days per week

Eligible candidates must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university.
