Accounting Clerk at Bartec Dispensing Technology Inc – Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

bdtronic is looking for an Accounting Clerk to support our daily financial and administrative operations within a close‑knit engineering and manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to smooth and timely accounting processes.

What You Can Expect

Process routine financial transactions including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

Match invoices to purchase orders and packing slipsEnter bills, credit memos, and customer payments into the accounting system

Maintain accurate and organized financial records and filing systems

Support internal reporting requests, audits, and general office duties as needed

Assist with month‑end closing activities

Perform basic reconciliations and prepare required documentation

Support weekly check runs and vendor payment processes

Reconcile vendor balances and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional mannerWhat We Are Looking ForMinimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED requiredAssociate degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of accounting or bookkeeping experience (manufacturing experience a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP)Strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesGood communication and problem‑solving skillsUnderstanding of basic accounting principlesMature, self‑motivated, and professional attitudeExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasksEffective verbal and written communication with proper grammar and business etiquette
