Business Development Manager – Partnerships Onsite | Hauppauge, NYWe’re hiring a Business Development Manager for one of SecureVision’s leading financial partners in the business lending industry. - Year 1: $75,000–$100,000
- Year 2: $100,000–$150,000
- Year 3: $150,000+ and beyond
- Build and strengthen relationships with partners through phone, email, video, and LinkedIn outreach
- Own a portfolio of existing partners and ensure consistent deal flow
- Activate new partnerships and develop a repeatable strategy to expand your book of business
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for referred clients
- Track lending trends and share insights that keep partners informed and engaged
- Use CRM tools and digital outreach systems to manage your pipeline and maximize results
- 3+ years in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management
- Experience managing referral or channel partner relationships
- Proven track record of measurable results in revenue or portfolio growth
- Competitive, coachable, and resilient mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple accounts
