Business Development Manager – Partnerships Onsite | Hauppauge, NYWe’re hiring a Business Development Manager for one of SecureVision’s leading financial partners in the business lending industry. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role that combines partnership management, business development, and long-term growth opportunity with clear six-figure potential.Expected Earnings
  • Year 1: $75,000–$100,000
  • Year 2: $100,000–$150,000
  • Year 3: $150,000+ and beyond
Step Into a Role with Real Growth You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of referral and channel partners who connect small to mid-sized businesses with financing solutions. You’ll deepen relationships, increase engagement, and drive new revenue streams while collaborating closely with internal funding advisors and leadership.What You’ll Do
  • Build and strengthen relationships with partners through phone, email, video, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Own a portfolio of existing partners and ensure consistent deal flow
  • Activate new partnerships and develop a repeatable strategy to expand your book of business
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for referred clients
  • Track lending trends and share insights that keep partners informed and engaged
  • Use CRM tools and digital outreach systems to manage your pipeline and maximize results

What You Bring
  • 3+ years in business development, partnerships, sales, or account management
  • Experience managing referral or channel partner relationships
  • Proven track record of measurable results in revenue or portfolio growth
  • Competitive, coachable, and resilient mindset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple accounts
