The Opportunity

You will serve as the onsite leader for elite residential builds, translating complex architectural designs into physical reality. This role places you at the center of innovation, managing top-tier subcontractors on projects designed by the nation's best architects. You will join a supportive, collective team where your onsite expertise directly shapes the success of one-of-a-kind luxury homes.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Direct all daily onsite activities of subcontractors to ensure precision, safety, and adherence to project timelines.

  • Interpret sophisticated construction drawings and design intent to guide trades through complex installations.

  • Manage the onsite project schedule and material deliveries using advanced digital project management systems.

  • Facilitate all building code inspections, ensuring every phase of construction meets or exceeds local requirements.

  • Identify and document potential change orders, providing accurate labor and schedule impact estimates to the Project Manager.

  • Implement rigorous quality control and site organization standards to maintain a pristine, professional work environment.

  • Conduct weekly safety meetings and enforce strict company protocols to ensure a zero-incident job site.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential design/build remodeling and estimation.

  • At least 2 years of direct experience managing residential design/build remodeling projects.

  • Strong proficiency in using computers, digital technologies, and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Proven ability to manage subcontractor workflows and resolve onsite logistical challenges.

  • Physical capability to lift 65+ pounds and climb a 6-foot ladder without assistance.

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills for reporting and client interaction.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Extensive knowledge of high-end residential construction materials and innovative building techniques.

  • Demonstrated history of building lasting relationships with architects, engineers, and municipal inspectors.

  • Experience with project management software for daily logging and photographic documentation.
