We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Automotive Finance Manager to join our new and growing dealership. This role is critical to delivering a smooth, transparent, and compliant buying experience while maximizing profitability through finance and insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell finance, insurance, and aftermarket products to customers
- Secure financing through lenders while maintaining competitive rates and terms
- Ensure all deals are structured accurately and comply with federal, state, and lender regulations
- Prepare and review contracts and legal documentation
- Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with lending partners
- Monitor and improve F&I performance metrics (PVR, product penetration, compliance
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager (or strong F&I background)
- Solid understanding of auto financing, lender programs, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS)
