LAPMG is currently hiring a hands-on Part-Time Onsite Apartment Manager for a 27-unit property in West Hollywood. This role is best suited for someone comfortable performing basic maintenance repairs in addition to standard onsite management duties.

Manager’s Unit & Compensation
    Rent-free studio apartmentLodging credit: $931.88Monthly compensation: $620
Schedule
    20 hours per weekApproximately 4 hours per weekday
Responsibilities
    Show units and assist with leasing during high vacancy periodsResident communication and rent collectionLease execution and renewalsDaily inspections and cleanliness oversightPerform light maintenance and basic repairsCoordinate vendors and ensure quality work
Required Qualifications
    Minimum 2 years of onsite apartment management experience within the past 2 years (recent, continuous onsite experience required)Comfortable performing basic maintenance repairsStrong time management and organizational skillsKnowledge of Fair Housing lawsMicrosoft Office proficiency; AppFolio preferredNo smoking; manager pet restrictions may apply
