Title: Temp Contract Client Associate (Wealth Management)

Location: Berwyn, PA / Suburban Philadelphia, PA (Primarily on-site)

Employment Type: Contract / Temporary (3–6 months, potential extension)

Overview - We are seeking a seasoned Client Associate to provide short-term, high-level support during a business transition. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who can step in quickly, operate independently, and maintain continuity of service for clients during a period of growth and change.

This is not an entry-level temp role - we are looking for someone confident, capable, and steady under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate operational and administrative support to ensure uninterrupted client service
• Assist with account openings, transfers, money movement, and maintenance requests
• Serve as a client-facing contact, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness
• Support compliance-related tasks and documentation
• Help stabilize workflows and support the Advisor during a transition period

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–15+ years of experience in wealth management client service
• Prior experience supporting advisors through transitions or breakaways strongly preferred
• Comfortable working independently with minimal ramp-up
• Strong familiarity with custodial platforms (GSAS experience a plus)
• Calm, reliable, and execution-focused

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $45 - $70/hour
• Higher end reserved for candidates with GSAS experience or prior transition support
• Flexible contract length depending on needs and performance
