The KwikShip Operations team supports this mission by ensuring products are received, organized, handled, packed, and shipped with accuracy, care, and consistency. This work helps protect client trust, support smooth fulfillment, and ensure customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition.
Job Summary:The KwikShip Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through receiving, stocking, organizing, picking, packing, staging, and general product handling activities. This role plays an important part in maintaining order accuracy, warehouse organization, and dependable service across the operation.
This position requires attention to detail, consistency, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:· Receive, unload, sort, and stock incoming product accurately.
· Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders in accordance with company standards.
· Assist with inventory movement, replenishment, product organization, and location accuracy.
· Help maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas throughout the warehouse.
· Inspect product for damage, quality concerns, or discrepancies and report issues appropriately.
· Follow established procedures for order handling, packaging, and shipment preparation.
· Support warehouse counts, inventory checks, and other general operational tasks as assigned.
· Work cooperatively with team members and leadership to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Requirements: Qualifications:· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Prior warehouse, shipping, receiving, or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and consistency.
· Strong attendance, reliability, and willingness to learn.
· Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move product throughout the shift.
Preferred:· Experience in eCommerce fulfillment, packing, or distribution.
· Experience using scanners, warehouse systems, or inventory tools.
· Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
