Cosi Care is on a mission to support people living with skin conditions by creating innovative, comforting solutions. We’re looking for a talented Content Creator to join our team. We're exploring both freelancers and scrappy early career creators (interns / part-time) resources for this role. We have a following of over 100,000 across our social platforms and are looking to launch and scale our UK company in the USA! This is an exciting opportunity to help drive social & content at one of the hottest startups in Buffalo.
🔎 What we’re looking for

• Social-Native Creator - You live on TikTok & IG and have strong instincts for what will stop the scroll. You're online enough to catch trends early and make them feel on-brand.
• Rapid Experimentation - You love running experiments, fearlessly testing. You can turn a quick idea into a post in hours, test variations, learn fast and ship again.
• Hands on Maker - You can film, edit, and publish content yourself (phone-first is great). Comfortable with CapCut / IG editing tools, basic lighting & audio, and simple product shots.
• Understand "Why it Works" - You get the fundamentals of virality: hook, pacing, storytelling, retention, re-watchability, and share triggers.
• Strong Communicator, Organized, & Reliable - Responsive, collaborative, and take feedback well. You run with direction but also surface your own ideas proactively. You can keep a lightweight content calendar and oversee dashboards / reporting to track progress (Seller Tools, TikTok for Business, etc.)
• Bonus Points! - On-camera comfort, experience working with UGC creators / sourcing clips, exposure to influencer partnerships and strategy
