Summary

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join our team at Sentinel Management Company. This role is Located at Ballentrae 3800 Ballantrae Road, Eagan, MN 55122. In this role, you will be responsible for leasing residential properties, providing excellent customer service to prospective tenants, and contributing to the overall success of our property management operations.

Responsibilities

Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available units.Assist in the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.Maintain knowledge of current market trends and rental rates to effectively market properties.Respond promptly to inquiries from potential tenants via phone, email, or in-person.Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure properties are ready for showings and address tenant concerns.Develop and maintain positive relationships with current residents to encourage lease renewals.Requirements
