PT Weekend Leasing Agent – Sand Creek Flats in Jordan MN

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced weekend Leasing Agent for a 72-unit apartment building in Jordan, MN.

Weekend Hours (Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM)

Leasing Agent Responsibilities and Duties

• Answer incoming calls professionally
• Assist with marketing the property and generating traffic leads
• Outreach to prospective tenants
• Show & lease apartments
• Help prospects find the right apartment home
• Interact with residents & take work orders
• Follow up on apartment leads
• Assist with Move ins and Move outs & maintain resident files
• Other duties as assigned by property/resident manager
• Yardi experience is preferred, but not required

Leasing Agent Qualifications and Skills

• Leasing Experience Required or Excellent Customer Service skills
• Organized & Punctual

Weekend Hours (Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
