Job Summary
- Collects and prepares financial data and analyzes fiscal accounting and related systems. Analyzes operation of system, prepares recommendations and documentation to create and update fiscal services and other related policies and procedures with respect to operating systems.

Job Specifications
- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related bachelor's degree. Technical and professional accounting skills.

JOB KNOWLEDGE: Demonstrated ability in financial and operational systems. Technical knowledge of Excel and familiar with word processing applications. -
ABILITIES, INTERESTS AND TEMPERAMENTS:- Verbal and reading ability is required to present oral and written reports, and to read technical literature.
- Numerical ability is required to analyze accounting problems and comparative reports.
- Clerical ability is required to detect bookkeeping and statistical errors in various reports.
- A preference for technical activities in order too effectively analyze accounting problems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to interact with a variety of personalities and to deal with others tactfully and diplomatically.
- Flexibility to adjust to stressful situations and deadlines.
- Must have the ability to work with a variety of patients of all populations (e.g. developmentally appropriate care, cultural diversity, patients with pain, victims of abuse or neglect, and diagnosis or procedure specific such as patient with congestive heart failure or cesarean delivery).
