Detailer in Moonachie, New Jersey at Vantage Auto

Vantage Auto Collection in Moonachie NJ is seeking an experienced detailer to join our team. Family owned business founded in 1981, we offer a great work environment and are looking for someone to join us for the long haul.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Must be experienced with all aspects of detailing, including buffing, polishing, cleaning interiors, etc. We can teach how to wetsand as needed.
• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles using a variety of products and methods
• Apply protective finishes to the exteriors of our customers’ cars
• Perform inspections to ensure that each step of the cleaning process has been completed
• Completes detailing checklist for each car.
• Assist us in the management of inventory and reordering of supplies
• Maintain visual condition of vehicles in showroom on weekly basis.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Previous experience with detailing cars or auto body repair is preferred
• Knowledge of Ceramic Pro
• Ability to use a variety of car cleaning products and tools
• Must be able to work independently
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to work efficiently and meet flexible priorities.
