Regional Cleaner in Mullica Hill, New Jersey at ELITE CLEANING COMPANY INC

Elite Building Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Regional Cleaner to join our team. This position requires travel throughout the South Jersey region to provide cleaning services and operational support to medical offices and hospital facilities. The ideal candidate must be flexible with scheduling, willing to travel as needed, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel within the assigned region hospitals in Southern New Jersey area
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience cleaning hospitals and medical offices
• Previous property or building maintenance experience
• Experience using commercial cleaning equipment and products

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Perform dusting, glass cleaning, trash removal, and supply restocking
• Conduct floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and spot treatment
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
• Travel to client locations as assigned
• Report maintenance concerns or facility issues to management
• Covering facilities during employee absences
• Performing project-based work

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and supplies weighing 10 pounds or more regularly
• Ability to bend, stretch, kneel, squat, climb stairs, and stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift
