Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Excellence Leader to join the Commercial Excellence team at Praesidiad. This position will play a critical role in driving the performance and efficiency of our sales teams and process across the group.
In the role you will interact with the sales teams, sales leaders and regional / business General Managers. You will contribute to the effective deployment of the sales resources, driving efficiency, ensuring processes are followed to achieve highest standards of performance and profitability across the sales organization, and to serve our customers every day.
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsibility for the management & use of our CRM solution (IFS) across all sales organizations within the Group, including:
o Implementing IFS CRM across all Praesidiad group businesses
o Monitoring use & drive compliance
o Developing and deploying “best practice” for use
o Training of users
· Drive sales performance through individual development of sales people. Hands on demonstration of what good looks like
o Visiting customers with the sales team
o Key account & territory planning & regular reviews
o Development of KPIs & performance tracking of sales individuals
o Identify gaps & actions to improve performance
o Plan and execution of talent upgrade
o Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights, drive data-driven decision-making, and identify opportunities for improvement
· Sales Process Optimization
o Analyze and evaluate current sales processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
o Develop and implement strategies to streamline sales workflows, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall efficiency.
· Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and customer support to ensure alignment and collaboration on overarching business goals.
o Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
· Sales Communication and Documentation
o Develop and maintain standardized sales communication processes to ensure consistency and clarity.
o Create and manage documentation of sales processes, best practices, and guidelines
· Responsibility for the management of our Group Sales Incentive Plan
o Ownership of plan documentation
o Tracking of performance & payments

Skills and Experience
§ Min. 10 years of experience in Commercial Excellence leadership role
§ Candidate who is driven to eventually take regional sales leadership role is a plus
§ Working knowledge of CRM systems – ideally including IFS
§ Proven experience in aligning sales processes with organizational goals and adapting strategies to evolving market dynamics.
§ Track record of achieving and exceeding sales performance targets in previous roles.
§ Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to consistently achieve high levels of performance and excellence.
§ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make informed decisions to optimize sales processes.
§ Ability to drive change and implement process improvements effectively.
§ Degree level education, Masters is a plus
§ Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, a second European language is desirable
§ Proficiency in MS Office
§ Experience of working with diverse environments (cultures, level of capability etc.)
