- This position is responsible to research, plan, organize, install, test, debug and troubleshoot various software applications and upgrades. This position leads all major project implementations, works directly with Senior Administration to analyze applications and make recommendations for appropriate fit in the organization, and is responsible for the department's software systems, all clinical systems, all financial systems or one or more highly specialized systems. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) at Blessing Hospital.
