Supervisor of Patient Engagement in Anderson, South Carolina at AnMed

The Patient Engagement Supervisor fosters a culture of patient/family-centered care and service excellence, while improving the patient and family experience. The supervisor serves as a role model for AnMed’s Mission, Vision and Guiding Behaviors, ensuring efficient daily operations of the Guest Ambassador team, including, but not limited to, staffing, human resource management, operations and financial management.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Nursing, HR, or other related field required.
• 5 years’ experience in a hospital or medical center is required.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analysis, problem-solving and customer service skills.
