Job Summary
  • Events assistance – assist with scheduling, setup, takedown, and running College of Dentistry events.
  • Academic and Student Affairs Administrative Assistance – assist with catering reservations and room reservations for student organizations and miscellaneous academic affairs events. Help reconcile and track Procard transactions for orders. Answering phones, and assisting students and visitors.
  • Design assistance – help office staff with updating and maintaining student documents, such as the Student Handbook and College Catalog.
