HealthSource of Ohio is seeking to hire EFDA who is passionate about providing quality healthcare to our patients and communities. We are looking for Friendly, Accessible, Credible individuals to join a great team.

Responsibilities:

• Placement of amalgam and composite restorations after the dentist has finished preparation
• Functions as a key member of the dental team
• Polishing and Finishing of amalgam and composite restorations
• Competently operates standard dental equipment
• Prepares the dental operatory for specific procedure determined by the dentist
• Coordinates Patient intake including vitals and radiograph’s as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Ohio general operator’s license in radiology required

· Graduate of expanded duties course and Ohio State Dental Board Expanded Duties Dental Assistant license required
