We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives for residential solar in Florida. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our solar energy solutions to homeowners throughout the state.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting outreach to potential customers and generating leads through various channels.
- Educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and our products.
- Performing on-site assessments to evaluate solar feasibility and provide customized recommendations.
- Presenting proposals and quotes to customers and guiding them through the sales process.
- Closing sales and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.

Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and their benefits is a plus but not required.
