Field Service – Pool Welder (part-time):

General Summary

Daily Thermetrics is seeking field welders to join our rapidly growing field team. This position is responsible for supporting onsite installations of Daily Thermetrics thermometry products in refinery and chemical plant facilities. While on projects this person would be managed by a Daily Thermetrics Field Supervisor. The Field Supervisor will assign the tasks for each day to this person.

Responsibilities:

• Follow instruction from Field Supervisor on thermometry installations.
• TIG Welding thermometry product lines in furnaces, reactors, etc.
• Operate grinding wheels, basic hand tools, electrical wiring, rigging, and general labor.
• Work from heights and confined spaces.
• Follow safety instructions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Active Credentials:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).
• Compliant with background checks and drug tests (DISA).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass TIG Welding exam at Daily Thermetrics Facility.

Skills to be Successful in this Position:

• Experience TIG Welding thermometry products in furnaces and reactors.
• Clear Communicator, adaptable, eager learner, great teamwork, and positive attitude
