CLINICAL MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL HOSPICE at Southwest General – Middleburg Heights, Ohio

Responsible for the overall operations of the clinical/business and support services for the department(s) for which they have been assigned responsibility. The Clinical Manager is responsible for the development, coordination and monitoring of activities that promote clinically effective and efficient patient care. Responsible for the planning, organization and direction of patient care activities in their department/unit(s). Demonstrates leadership competencies and values through development and coaching of direct reports. Promotes succession planning. Monitors employee retention, recruitment and satisfaction. Consults and collaborates with behavioral health providers and other health care team members to provide safe appropriate patient care. Ensures a culture of accountability. Demonstrates the ability to problem solve. Leads by vision.

Graduate of an accredited or NLN approved RN program. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.

Five (5) years of clinical experience in an acute care setting along with three (3) years successful experience in a leadership position is preferred.

Current Ohio RN license. Current CPR certification.
