Job Title: Assistant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for excellence and a proven track record of success in managing a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the business
- Oversee Health Center Dining Rooms
- Manage and oversee Catering
- Ensure that all employees are providing exceptional customer service
- Manage and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure that all products are stocked and displayed properly
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
